The founders of this leading production unit belong to the third generation of a family known for their continuous presence in the country’s industry, always having an insatiable eagerness to pioneer new productions.

Therefore, alongside their own productions in the field of silicone parts on one hand and their highly relevant expertise in chemical engineering on the other, since the early 90s, they focused on producing silicone oil and other silicone derivatives as their top priority.

Fourteen months later, the first high-quality laboratory samples were produced, and immediately after that, the design of the pilot unit commenced. Less than 2 months later, the first successful pilot-scale batch was achieved.

The strategy of the company’s managers to bring this knowledge-based project to fruition was, similar to the process section, to utilize technical knowledge and the capabilities of domestic manufacturers in designing and building machinery and equipment.

With this perspective, the design and construction operations of the main line machinery and equipment were completed in 2021. As a result, with great joy, for the first time in the country, industrial-scale silicone oil production commenced in the autumn of 2021.

However, the founders of this company see this step as just the first step of a long and challenging journey. Therefore, after launching the production line, in addition to mass-producing silicone oil with various viscosities, other silicone derivatives such as hydroxy silicones and amino silicones have also been produced on a laboratory and pilot scale by the innovative research and development team of this unit. Industrialization of this category of products, alongside increasing the current production capacity, has been envisaged in the second phase of the company’s development. This important phase has now entered the operational phase after completing the planning and design stages, and according to the scheduling, it is expected to be operational by the end of 2024.

More than 70 years of continuous presence in the highs and lows of production and industry have taught us that the main factor of success is nothing but perseverance.
